- جواز سفر صالح لمدة لا تقل عن 6 أشهر.A passport valid for at least 6 months.
دخل من إيجار العقاراتIncome from property rentals
- شهادات أو مستندات ملكية العقار.Property ownership certificates or documents.
- عقد الإيجار.The rental agreement.
- إثبات أن قيمة الإيجار تُحوّل إلى الحساب البنكي.Proof that rent is paid into the bank account.
- كشف حساب بنكي لآخر 3 أو 6 أشهر يوضح دخل الإيجار ويظهر المبلغ التأميني بما يعادل 11,040 يورو.A 3- or 6-month bank statement showing rental income and the required insured funds equivalent to €11,040.

- رخصة الشركة، ومستند يوضح وجود شريك أو تعيين مدير يتولى الإدارة بالكامل.Company licence and documents showing a business partner or the appointment of a manager with full management responsibility.
- مستندات تُظهر الأرباح بوضوح في كشف الحساب البنكي.Records clearly showing the profits in the bank statement.
